Default Time for a New Union?

I am fairly new to the industry so forgive me if this is old news to most people but I am just sitting hear reading a lot of comments and I tend to see a trend that most pilots represented by their current unions are unhappy. Now I pose this questions to the veterans and nebbies (like myself)...Is it time for the pilots to get together and form a new union that represent the pilots of today? Kind of like the old say "Out with the old in with the new." Do you think this will solve some of our probelms? Open to all...

ALPA has new leadership and the industry is looking up. You don't build a new car from scrach if it just needs a tune up. Pick up a wrench and help out.

Bullseye Dash!!! Some of the loudest complainers are nonmembers or sideline sitters and not those at least helping out. ALPA does have a few warts but no other organization comes close to the help and resources it provides. The battle needs to be focused on poor management and corporate greed at the struggling carriers.
