Airplane lavs are perfect for what is the average human being. Unfortunately, the average human being isn't defined well in obese and overweight America. You'll have to look at Europeans and Asians.

They should use the same space as is required in residential and commercial buildings. Heck, even porta-potti's have more room than on planes.
It seems the Ejets have larger lav's and seats than both Boeing and the Bus. |
