Maybe you feel the same way about Jerry Atkin? Clearly he's not trying to whipsaw ExpressJet against Skywest.
Whipsaw is part of the game. Right now JA is not as bad as Dick. |

I enjoyed Richard Anderson's opening in sky magazine about how it's all about taking care of people... While he's dragging DCI through the mud for more concessions on already low wages.

(No, not the Civil War general) and John Beiser. Or maybe Ron Allen or Leo Mullen. If you don't know who these "gentlemen" are, then you really don't know what you are saying. "As a retired Delta pilot i was incensed with Anderson's opener in the old safety video. He said C.E. Woolman built Delta on the principles of honesty, integrity, and mutual respect. He is so correct. Richard Anderson doesn't even deserve being mentioned in the same sentence with CE Woolman much less being allowed to sit at his desk." George and John I know who they are. I was hired right after they sold ASA to Delta. You know where you stood with George and John. Back then ASA was just a stepping stone job. Ron Allen, The CEO who started the demise of Delta Airlines. Leo Mullin, The man who robbed Delta Airlines of Millions of dollars. The man who Fired about 25,000 employees world wide. The man who took Delta Airlines to the gutter. |

It was way more than that, there was a news article saying it was more common to get selected at Harvard than get an FA slot at Delta.

A quote from a single individual(also from an unknown source)that you could've made up and typed on your own. That certainly is strong support for your claim. |

Do you think that is a testament to how awesome Delta is or how bad the economy and jobs are?

As a current Delta pilot, who has had the chance to speak directly to Mr Anderson, I cannot agree with what some retired Delta pilot has to say. Did it occur to you that maybe he has some beef about his retirement?

I have no evidence other than FA hearsay, but I heard today that the new hire FA's are quitting at a pretty high rate.
