If you're an Airways newbie, first, congrats and welcome! Secondly, there are ads up in the CLT Training Center cafeteria and also posted in the PHL crew room.

PHL Crashpad
I stayed there a few months. Nice place, and close to a bus stop, so no car needed. The 190 guys are getting a block quickly, so there might be quick movement out of the crash pad. See if you can get on his waiting list.

Dunno if it is still in business or if this will help, but in a past life I used to stay at the Lagoon hotel. It has been ten years since, but lots of Airways commuters used to stay there. By no stretch is it a 4 star resort, but IIRC it was cheap, clean and had van service to and from the airport.
I was commuting to a hard line at the time so I only stayed a couple nights a month. It might not work financially for a reserve.
Be sure to get a room away from the bar.
