This time I'm sure ALPA is prepared for what undoubtably will be a very robust response from JetBlue trying to maintain their "direct relationship." Or do you think they will propose an "in house" equivalent?

Thank you! We have put the work in before coming to ALPA, and I am cautiously optimistic that we have the numbers this time. The vast majority of my brothers seem to now understand that you can be pro-pilot and work for the company to succeed simultaneously.

Correct me if I am wrong, but with the Obama Admin changing the vote rules, not voting is not a no. Or is that NLRB, not NMB?

I am pretty sure you must vote NO if you don't want a union.

No silly.... in the past if you didn't vote at all it was a no vote, unlike normal elections for say POTUS or Congress... and management liked that... they just convinced workers to not even vote...

You must vote NO if you don't want one.
Not voting at all is just that it does not count as a NO as far as I understand.
