Default Southwest Water Cannon Salute....
Looks like there was one this morning around 9:15 from B gates at IAD. Guessing it was for a retirement. Congrats if it was for an APC member.

It may have been an honors flight full of veterans. We receive a water cannon salute every time at Dulles when we operate an honors flight.
