Anyone filling out the SWA application. on the work history, it lists a space for your previous job or jobs that you have had. it also asks for employed or unemployed. i have no gaps in employment however this may be a stupid question, but does anyone know what you are supposed to check after your current job. for example a previous job on which i left on good terms, do you check unemployed or employed. any help would be appreciated!

I checked the box "employed" for all my previous positions. I believe the "unemployed" box would be if you had a gap between employment. The app then asks you to provide a professional reference for such periods.
I am not positive, but that's how I filled out mine!

Know three that got the type, and three that got turned down. No, not a total of six people. I'd say if you've got a LOT of $ to spare, few of us do... then go ahead and get it. Yes is does show ambition and that you can be trained to fly but why shovel money into something that is far from a guarantee? I fully understand those that have done it and those that are thinking of getting the type in the future, just a little too risky for me.
Probably why I invest in index funds, not individual stocks.
