Default Ranking airlines from the pilots perspective

So I would love to hear how (and why) you would rank respective airlines based on which one you would want to work for (excluding using their bases as a reason)

Big boys-
Alaska
American
Delta
FedEx
Hawaiian
Southwest
United
Ups

Separate rankings-
JetBlue
Virgin
Spirit
Sun country
Allegiant
Anyone else I forgot about

Alphabetically, because it is an established and logical system known the world over. (Please fix the "separate rankings" portion or include them in the list).

The first one that hires you is number one on the list.

Why wouldn't you want to use crew bases as part of the reason to go to an airline?

This may as well be a troll post. Airlines constantly change with contracts and domiciles should be a HUGE reason for which you pick... IMNSHO.

Oh, and you mean "pilot's perspective", not "pilots perspective".

Why does it matter to you how another person would rate which companies they would want to work for? Everyone's situation is different. Ratings tell you nothing.

Instead, you should ask: if you could work for any airline, who would it be and why?
