Default Ford and Harrison - where are they?

I was just reading in AW&ST about Marc Esposito being named 'Vice President - Labor and Value Relations' at JetBlue. He was previously a partner at the Atlanta office of Ford and Harrison.

Other than JetBlue, what other airlines have former Ford and Harrison partners working in-house?

Nothing says 'I want an adversarial relationship with my employees' more than hiring Ford and Harrison as council - well, nothing but hiring one of them as your in-house labor guy, that is.

Delta hired a union buster a few years back. Not sure if that's where he's from. On iPhone now, will research and follow up later.

Edit: Michael Campbell, executive VP of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Hired from...Ford & Harrison. http://news.delta.com/index.php?s=20292&item=3006

Methinks his lunch money was stolen one too many times.

I believe American Eagle had some F&H employees working for them recently.

F&H is who ZW uses when high profile arbitrations are at stake.

The VP of Labor Relations at RAH was a F&H goon up until 2013.

They sure did, and morale and treatment hasn't been worse in years. Just another hired gun consultant.

Skywest is a happy F&H customer. And to answer your question of who they are, just look up "douchebag" in the dictionary and you will have your answer.

Delta uses F&H as council to represent them in most of the termination system board hearings. I think they prefer to have an F&H lawyer be the bad guy and ask/say terrible things about an employee. If/when they lose, they can then hide behind the "it was that other nasty lawyer that said those rotten things about you, not Delta people because we are family".

Yes, F&H sent over a guy named Jerry Glass to rape and pound the envoy pilots into submission. We've been giving them a good fight, but to what loss is still to remain unseen. He's the union buster whipsaw master of the current age. As about as cruel as they come. He's the guy that made the Comair II threat directly to our negotiator's faces. If your airline has retained someone from F&H, then my guess is that you're headed toward some serious bare knuckle fights. Be ready!!! I'd start boning up by watching "Confessions from a former union buster" on youtube.

Add Allegiant as an avid F&H customer. F&H is actually the shadow H.R. department. They are lead counsel for all labor related issues.
