Yes, F&H sent over a guy named Jerry Glass to rape and pound the envoy pilots into submission. We've been giving them a good fight, but to what loss is still to remain unseen. He's the union buster whipsaw master of the current age. As about as cruel as they come. He's the guy that made the Comair II threat directly to our negotiator's faces. If your airline has retained someone from F&H, then my guess is that you're headed toward some serious bare knuckle fights. Be ready!!! I'd start boning up by watching "Confessions from a former union buster" on youtube.

Jerry Glass was the lead negotiator during the Endeavor bankruptcy too.

Jerry Glass from F&H, is known to have either himself, or hired private investigators to dig deep inside of MEC, LEC members and negotiating team member's personal and private info in orders to have blackmail material on them. He has been accused (not proven) of "setting up" members, in a manner that falsely incriminates them, in order to turn their constituents against him. One member who has posted on this thread already, knows this first hand. Their tactics are borderline illegal, and completely unethical. JB pilots had better lock arms, and unite 100%, get a game plan and get behind and support your MEC, if JB has retained the services of F&H. Retaining them can only mean one thing, and it is not good. Hell does not have a pit hot enough nor deep enough for F&H.

So, JetBlue, Delta, RAH and Envoy (Eagle) all have a former F&H in-house - anyone else?
Just about everyone else has F&H on retainer, especially for bankruptcies, terminations, and, of course, negotiations.
Is there another firm that approaches F&H in terms of always being the adversary to pilots?
If airline management universally uses F&H, why don't pilots universally have the same level of resource? ALPA legal is probably the closest thing to it, but I have a feeling 'Airline Management Central forums' doesn't have a thread on how much they despise a particular attorney representing pilot labor.

The weak spot is unity. No regional carrier has that anymore. For that matter, with the mergers that have taken place, no major has it either.
