Alaska FAs are paid per TFP, trip for pay. It's roughly 45 minutes. The conversion rate is 1.13.
example: tfp to hourly
$44.33/tfp x 1.13 = $50.09/hour
or hourly to tfp
$45/hour / 1.13 = $39.82/tfp
We're hoping to see the TA in full within a couple of weeks. This will be TA2, TA1 was voted down back in February 2014.
