Has anyone had experience with Facilitated Solutions by David B Hodgson interview prep for Delta?

I did emerald coast, got the job, and highly recommend them. Afton especially!

Haven't heard of them, so I can't speak to their services. However I would say with such a huge opportunity on the line go with someone who has years of experience. Places like Aerocrew Solutions and Emerald Coast are solid and consistently have positive results. A lot of the start ups have come on the forums recently with testimonials from guys with 2 posts to their names claiming to have been customers. Caveat Emptor. Just an opinion from someone who's been through the process.

Mr. Hodgson was involved in interviewing at Delta. I believe he also trained interviewers in the past. I believe he is a worthy resource. AeroCrew Solutions and Emerald Coast are excellent preps as well. Both do very well for your targeted airline.

Stinsat7,

I'm assuming we are one of the companies you are referring to. Yes, we are a newer consulting company, but we've had a lot of success this year helping pilots reach their goals and we continue to build a strong foundation with our peers.

jsrob905,

Regardless of who you choose for an interview prep service, if confidence is the one thing you take away from it, you've done yourself good justice. Whether you go with Aaron and the gang at ECC or Scott's group at Aerocrew, you can't go wrong as both are high class outfits.

The point is, if you prepare accordingly, nothing in the interview will be a surprise and you'll most likely walk out with a job offer. Good luck to you as good times are ahead!

I did a few interview prep courses for my Delta interview and Aero Crew Solutions was by far the best money I have ever spent!

All you need to bring with you to the interview is a box of breadsticks and a bottle of cognac.

I did not do any interview prep because I didn't have much time, I was coming from another 121 operation, and I felt fairly confident with my interview skills...I was lucky to get the job despite my imperfect interview.
The only thing I did to prep was have a guy who used to do interviews for another airline ask me questions and give me feedback.
If I had to do it again, I would definitely do any sort of prep with any of these reputable companies. I made a lot of mistakes in my interview that I think would have been flushed out in a prep interview. I was lucky to still get hired.
It is not worth losing a great job because you don't want to spend the money or take the time to do a prep course. Invest in your future!
