Default Majors and 121 failures

Hi guys,

For the purpose of answering questions on failures, do airlines only care about checkride failures, or do they want to know about failures during recurrent training as well?

Thanks

You can fail recurrent so it is a check ride.

Couldn't stand notorious instructor, didn't want to be in sim one more minute, he wanted me to do a 360 to get down, we were on fire, I said NO, he said if I had crashed he would have failed me.
