Shared the jumpseat (only credible source for factual information) with a JetBlue pilot who said he had Neelman on one of his flights and Neelman told him directly that was what he intended to do.

This rumor raises it head every once in a while. Hes not coming back at the current stock price. He missed his chance when we were $3.50 a share 3.5 years ago.
I have no doubts we code share though. Remember Joel Peterson is the one actually running this company and oh by the way a Huge azul investor. He wont cannibalize his investment in azul by competing against them.
Maybe Robin Hayes can orchestrate having Peterson removed on the future.

8 years ago the weakness of the 6 legacy US airlines would make it a much easier task... Now with three huge legacies, they can easily afford to run the azul flights into the deep red without really putting blip on profits elsewhere. It looks easy now, but I really wonder how long their investors will put up with the heavy losses.
