Bay, I'm not a lady and so don't have answers to your questions, but my apologies for the responses you've gotten so far. It wouldn't have made me feel especially welcome, do t let that discourage you

Many of the women I fly with had great experiences with WIA, if you're not involved or a member I would definitely check them out, lots of other pilots there have had the exact same questions as you and are happy to help out.

I believe you will find the majority of women hired are in the same ballpark as the guys hired. 4-7K TT and some TPIC. There are always outliers hired with less time. Just like some guys.

I know Women in Aviation is a great place to find information.

3rd year XJT FO with no PIC has a Delta interview. Not sure on total time.

Male XJT 8 yr FO, no turbine pic, recently hired at Delta. TT near 6,500 hours.

Delta is not requiring TPIC from regional FOs. They understand the stagnation that has prevented them from upgrading.
