I had that on one of mine and it was because I had been self employed for a period of time even though I provided them with my tax returns, proof of income from my 1099 clients as well as state sales tax and use returns. You could ask Sterling to see what it is.

i had the same consider remark on the employment check. i called sterling and they said the date i provided did not match the date given to them by the employer contact. In my case, I'm in the military and i put my most recent two duty stations. well, the military POC gave them the date that i first came into the military, which was years ago and therefore the dates did not match. once i figured that out, i just emailed Royce on the email address for the poolies and explained the mix up. he called a few days later and he would attach the email to my profile for the PHC.

Has anyone received a "Congratulations - Phase 2 Completed" email yet? Nothing for me yet. Usually they send the email out to several at a time. I'm guessing the PHC is waiting on a few more backgrounds to be completed. Mine was done on 5/18. Anyone else done with background?

Anyone have an update? All I know is a couple from our interview group got the June 24 class but their backgrounds were completed earlier. There were a few from previous interview classes that deferred and got into the June 24 class as well and that class is now full. Hoping the rest of us will hear good news soon.
