I think the intent of this program is much simpler than crafting financing to make people stay. Quite simply, by hiring guys with next to no experience, it basically guarantees that people hired via such a program are unqualified to jump ship for at least several years.
Either way I think it is an unnecessary program. From 0 hours to JB they're saying 4 years. All ATPs program is 2 years and they partner with about a half dozen regionals. Which is the better deal? GP |
