True. But, say they've been here for 4 years. They might then have 4,500 hours and could possibly be candidates for another major. However, if they leave after 4 years and still owe $50,000 and that debt must be paid in full upon separation from JB, they might think twice.

Either way I think it is an unnecessary program.

From 0 hours to JB they're saying 4 years. All ATPs program is 2 years and they partner with about a half dozen regionals. Which is the better deal?
