If you mean "one too many flybys", is there an authorized number? A friend of mine did an aileron roll on initial once, would not have been a problem had not the 9AF/CC been taxiing out at Shaw. Oops! He finished his career at DL having started at Western, though.

Squadron mate dropping live working with Army FAC's/JTAC's. Staging from a nearby base so it's launch, bomb, recovery, reload, launch. Second sortie the range controller asks if the flight could go by the reviewing stand because the guys they worked with earlier are watching the second team of GFAC's work them. "Sure."

What's one thing you shouldn't hear in aviation "every seen this?" or "watch this". Blue 2 was wise enough not to mention anything to the flight lead....

Blue 2 goes over the observation grandstand inverted with Mk 82's. It went over great with the troops except for the AD USAF 0-6 who was also watching. He wasn't amused.

Eventually Sqdr CC, working for a major. Oh well, sh*t happens.

Oh, just another reason to join the ANG...

I screwed up with a student when I was a CFI and we ended up in the grass unintentionally. Fessed up. Learned something. Been honest about it in interviews since. Yaddy yadda, got hired at Delta.

Someone try and pull a Charlie 2 challenge at GFK and wind up in the grass? Just admit to and it and you'll be fine.

actually, we landed on the wrong runway, I was the PNF, and during landing we hit the tail of the aircraft due to the PF over flaring.
we have been suspended and than fired from the airline.
Im a bit worried now, most airlines request a letter of no incident or accident.
I dont know what to do.
