Damn, Spirit is starting to eerily sound like Allegiant... minus the "creative" places to insert fruit. Though I have been told to "be flexible."

Biggest difference is we have work rules (not just 117) and our airplanes are maintained better.....

Ehhhhh yes and no. Two fairly different operations. Our M/X is stellar compared to yours. And we have an ALPA contract. Etc.....

Minus a fleet of airplanes that are not the oldest most worn out motors for the LCCs. If your m/x isn't the best, not saying it isn't we wouldn't know it.

Either way, we have an Autistic CEO who was already ranked Worst CEO of 2010, Bendo who honestly believes high fives will make up for low compensation and Jyri...........

Well, I haven't a clue what that [oven roasted chicken eat]ing guy does besides send Emails that I print out and wipe my ass with

Senior & NEVER

Bus...that had to be sarcasm.

And if it wasn't, well then he's got mgmt material written all over him! This is exactly the type of person our clown show in Miramar is looking for.

That is some funny [lasagna]t!
Laughed out loud; sorry you guys have to live it though.

I would be greatful for "low tier" management.

That would be an upgrade.

No, these clowns are decidedly "bottom rung" management.

Actually profit margin at an all time high. No major incidents either so the airline is operating according to the LCC model. Pay just high enough that the operation still goes.
Lastly, what's changed. Last year pilots on this very board bragging about nk's profitability.
Everyone who thinks Mgt is dumb is missing the point of Mgmt. If you were an Investor would you want your CEO paying more than he needed to safely make planes go?
