Spirit low tier pilots

On behalf of Robert, Jyri and myself, I'd like to invite all pilots with low self esteem to apply at Spirit. If you fall into one of the following categories, we'd love to hear from you:

Like not seeing your family for at least 4 weeks during training.

Unable to read a balance sheet.

And for the record, the only "Low Tier" employee at this place is upper management. If we flew airplanes like they run this place, there would be smoking holes all over North America.

Are you guys pretty confident that it can be fixed, at least mostly fixed? Or is there a greater sense that all hope is lost?

Anything can be fixed its just the time & work required. I'll battle it out here as long as I'm here but I'm a CA and update my apps every day

Well, we have a CEO that has zero interest in any employee at NKS. Bob's public comment was that we are a lower tier airline, below JetBlue. Our VP of Flt Ops thinks we are not equal to our peers at other airlines operating the same or similar a/c, even though we are much more productive than any legacy and on par with SW.
We have a battle ahead of us here, many are trying to leave, but 99% are willing to walk if it comes to that.

You might have just put your finger on any pilot group's Achilles heel. Namely, the personal cost required to fix a place is weighed individually by every pilot against the personal cost required to just leave and go to a better place. This likely results in a collective apathy that companies take full advantage of.

Disheartening. The deck is stacked at so many levels.
