Flica changed their login code this morning. I got this response back from Bob.

Cliff Notes version: update your app.


Good afternoon!

Please, do not respond to this message.

Thanks for getting a hold of me. And sorry about the trouble with the app today. At around 11am EDT this morning, Flica changed a setting on their login page that led to invalid login messages for the app (even though you can still log in via the website).

Several people immediately brought this to our attention and we went to work to get an update out as quickly as possible to get the app back up and running. Within an hour, we had an update submitted to the Google Play Store and it was available for download 30 minutes later.

Two hours later, an iOS update was submitted to the Apple Review process. Normally, that process takes a day or two, but we were able to work with Apple to get an expedited review and the app was released publicly at 6pm.

Right now, we are receiving emails by the truckload and are having trouble keeping up, so please do not respond to this message unless you have something unrelated that needs to be brought to our attention.

We are sorry about the inconvenience and did our best to get this fixed as quickly as possible. If the update fixes it, please don't respond. We are swamped with messages and are trying to respond to everybody.
