Misogyny: dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women.

Neither of those things he said are that. Creating a grooming standard for women isn't mysogyny either. Making them wear heels is sexist, but still not mysogyny. Saying women are too stupid to be pilots might be. Let's all quit acting butt hurt about a hair policy or that it is some trigger word against women.

They are allowed to bypass much of the pain getting to majors/legacies. Straight to the front of the line. Why spend money on training with the myriad of scholarships only available to women? How often have we seen women get hired with FAR less qualifications than their male counterparts. Hey, great gig if you can get it; I would take advantage of it if I were a woman too. But please, enough already with the gender warfare coming from the privileged class.
What you write holds a bit of merit, with the past actions of affirmative action and quota systems. However, Dawgdriver, one would be naive if they did not accept the fact that those with far better qualifications than those who were members of the club, or new the secret handshake, with far less experience, time, multi crew operations, went beyond the head of the line. And then you have the "Sacred Captains Board". They turned down members of unacceptable clubs or didn't have the right last name, or their first names had more than one syllable and four letters.

We have many men AND women that yes, are getting old and like every other profession, get overweight (aging, knee/back problems, airport food, crazy hours, sedentary working conditions, etc.). Perhaps we should enact military style fitness standards.....
.

Every six months, those of us who employed in some foreign countries have to complete the country's Air Force medical exam and meet their standards.

Delta has an image they wish to maintain; that's their prerogative. If you can't stand it, need to look oh-so-sexy with your free-flowing locks while making $200K, than apply elsewhere; being a woman you'll be scooped up in no time.
Your opinion speaks in volumes.

I met her in person! She is a cocky pain in the a$$. She represents everything that is wrong with job fairs. But she can tie that up with a hair band, just like anyone else with a lot of hair.

Mysogyny/racism today means telling a non white-male anything they don't want to hear. Or not agreeing with everything they say.

Can you please provide examples? How many non-white males have you heard this from personally? Especially in the airline industry. I eagerly await your response..

She will talk down to everyone she meets and literally suck her teeth at their resumes. Even military combat vets. It's pathetic. I'm just glad I've never paid for a job fair...

And there is nothing wrong with a male with long hair or piercings or visible tattoos but most companies restrict it. It's part of working.
