My most heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to his family and the other spectators at the airshow who witnessed the crash. I was there today and saw the crash with my family.
I did not know Bryan but in explaining this tragedy to my 9 year old son I can only conclude that we did not get to where we are today in aerospace without people like Bryan; people with the passion, courage, and willingness to take the risk to soar to new heights. This is a sad day but those of us in aviation will press on in your honor and courageous example of a life. Godspeed and tailwinds my friend!

Bryan and my dad were roommates in college, I hadn't seen him in many years, in fact I think he missed my father's funeral because he had to perform in an airshow, but I do remember visiting his house out on Prior Lake I believe when I was a kid. I know he will be missed by many.
