I don't know if an arbitrated list is necessarily a DISASTER, but it would just mean that we as pilots failed to solve our own problems...hopefully we can get together and do that.

Not necessarily the arbitrated list itself, but the lengthy process itself and everything in between. If we can go the expidited road, than that would be better. An single contract and SLI would be the absolute best.

No, only wussies and bleeding hearts swerve to miss the possum and end up in a wreck. Steely eyed southern boys and Nordic root warriors step on the gas and run that sucker over cause it makes good eatin!

under that thinking why hasn't united or american crushed CAL yet?

management likes to talk about pricing power and then not follow through with it if one of the majors doesn't go along.

United has hairdressers that would be afraid to to run over anything.

AA guys would fight over which part of the animal to run over and miss it altogether. They would then pull off to the side of the road and whip each other over who caused the failed kill.

DAL guys are used to driving the Ram powered Hemi through swamp bogs so the possum won't be a problem.

NWA guys take a state holiday to celebrate hunting season and the Motor City Madman's "You've got to kill it before you can grill it" philosophy.

I'm sure you are being funny here, which I do appreciate. In the off chance that you believe this, can you explain how the Ram powered Hemi hasn't killed the airtran animal yet.

In the south, AirTran will always be remembered as "critter" and eatin' critters just doesn't cut it. A man needs a meal not an appetizer for dinner.

If oil stays above $100/barrel, you may find that the critter is in more liquidity danger than people think.
