Also seniority list is growing up to 1400 pilots at this rate we’ll get a little bit of 200% this summer and that’s it.

We might have enough FO but certainly not enough CA. Nobody wants to upgrade and be on reserve so ..... we are short for the forseeable future. Also CA attrition is increasing. My Sr number is moving up faster this month than many months and I'm half way up. |

Mx and crew are both controllable so both count against Mesa in the stats for American.

All that said I think as a pilot group it’s always been in our best interest to be in time. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t try.
