Default 300% pay

In a small outstation base like sdf; Is there many opportunities to pick up trips at 200-300% pay? I live 15 minutes from sdf and recently reached atp mins.

There hasn’t been much premium pay lately there’s less flying in the winter after New Years. Also staffing has picked up I think that’s mainly because of the United CPP. There will be straight time for you to pick up.

I think the 300% was to keep us from violating the CPA. Once we started meeting the contract minimum standards, the 300% went away.

Purely staffing issue. Don't worry - it's coming back I think. Staffing isn't keeping up with attrition at this point. At least on the CRJ side. We are flush with FO - but not CA.

We have the same problems with CA on the Ejet side. The quickest solution is for Mesa to lose its 700 flying.

Sdf is getting very senior for FO, too many FO = harder to pick up 300%

I hear they need paint. Fire up the grey splatter gun.

Bump.

People need to stop picking up 200% if financially possible.

I get bills need to be paid, but it’s just giving the company more reason to NOT offer 300.

/rant

I’ll go back to lurking now

700's aren't going anywhere.

Still waiting to see if the 700’s are converted to 550’s or end up at American. If they simply weren’t going anywhere, an extension with United would have been inked by now.
