You are either taking my words out of context, or you're completely missing my point.

What do you suggest that I do (besides the Spirit instructor deal)? What regional would you suggest? And BTW, I'm mostly choosing Mesa because of the IAH base which is an easy commute for me.
Whichever one gives you the easiest commute. After that. Whichever one gives you the first class date.

Both of those are Mesa.

And not 3 years to upgrade.

Have you had a drink to calm down yet? You are really high strung man.

Hey Calm, that’s great news! Good for you! May we know where you’re going and what was your path to get there?

Those of us not on a “flow” and/or building TPIC would love to know...thanks!

The biggest question is what happens to the 700’s. Are they converted into 550’s like GoJet, basically freeing up 20 slots for E175SC’s?

As far as renewals being public information, it really isn’t public information. Where people here have gathered the information is from our quarterly reports... if the Mesa’s CFO was as smart as the SkyWest’s CFO, then our quarterly filings would not contain such detailed information.
So where is your proof that the 60 ejet are staying?

Why do you think they’re going? We’re very well staffed on the ejet and very economical.

2 or more DUIs are mandatory, but literacy is optional.

I'm not explaining anything to you except how you have me totally wrong. You think I'm expecting preferential treatment, when all I'm hoping for is the opportunity, in a shorter period of time. You keep saying how I need 3 years of flying as an FO until I will be ready to upgrade, and I disagree. I was recommended for CA upgrade on the B727 in less than 2 years as an FO on it. Is the E175 much more difficult to fly than a B727?
It may sound stupid to you, but people who are used to steam gauges and no VNAV often get their butts kicked the first time. You may want to familiarize yourself with flying glass and VNAV if you have no experience with it.

It didn’t sound stupid to me as a twice-typed steam gauge PIC, and it DID kick my butt.

Humility, work, patient and excellent instruction enabled success. But I underestimated it.
