I’m sure you heard about Kendra. She did the training scheduling when I was hired everything ran smooth and if it didn’t you just had to email her directly. My last few FOs have told me it’s gone extremely down hill with virtually no communication from the company during lengthy delays.

When I went through training a couple months ago scheduling was awful... it was my only issue throughout training.
My whole class was assigned a sim schedule after a month sit, some how my partner and I weren’t. Then the class below us got their sim schedule we still didn’t hear anything. Went into scheduling they told us “oops we missed you it’ll be two more weeks till we can fit you in”. Partner went home that evening since we were told it’ll be two weeks. Very next morning we received our sim schedule via email to start the early the following day. So my partner had to come back, it was a mess.
Everything went smoothly till sims.

Kendra is special. No one has been able to fill her shoes.

I got a call one day from the training department about 2 hours before a scheduled sim at 3 pm telling me that “You missed your sim this morning at 6 am.” I said, “No, we’ve got a sim at 3 pm.” Her, “Yeah, they changed that yesterday but forgot to email y’all.”
Happened again the next week but thankfully the instructor emailed us to let us know. Seems like they change the schedule but forget to notify everyone.

Same thing happened to us also on sim 2. Needed an add sim cause we were unable to complete it with the late notification...

Had an oral scheduled after about 2-3 days after a few sims with no schedule after the initial sim schedule.
Went to the oral, waited around 3 hours for the examiner to show up. Sent off emails asking what was going on, ended up wasting an entire day because they “forgot” to tell us the schedule changed. About a week after our last sim, we finally got a new schedule. Supposedly there’s a new head of scheduling now though, according to what I’ve heard.
