Default Did something happen to the IAH 175 flying?

I'm over at Skywest and starting in September we have been flying the 175 in and out of IAH. Did Mesa dump a bunch of IAH routes? is it just growing? Or just the normal shuffle of regional awards? Pretty much go there every trip I get now.

Probably Xjet routes they can’t staff. We haven’t lost flying.

I would say OO has more 200’s flying in IAH then normal.. OO has 42 aircraft flying through IAH today...

Their 175 is actually over staffed. They have been shifting crews out of IAH to ORD as their footprint grows in ORD.

Mainline shifts flying between regionals and fleet type monthly for demand

That’s true. The 145’s are understaffed/parked. Their focus is staffing the 145 and brining more back from the desert

Which are now staffed. Their going from 67, to 75 145s for the month of February. And they’ll even have up to 100 by the end of the year. XJT will grow aggressively in IAH this year on the 145. Most 175 flying at XJT was shifted to ORD
