Aviate is complete and utter crap and they never EVER EVER responds to inquires on thier website.

Poor communication, not transparent about thier list, and it's not a true flow. Not to mention if Mesa stops flying for united as Air Wisconsin did, you'll be off Aviate in a heart beat.

It is no where as good as Envoy/Piedmont TRUE 100% guaranteed flow with no fine print.

I think this is more accurate. Enough backlogged pilots left and upgrades stopped. The timeline has finally started moving in the right direction. There is still work to do to actually stop shrinking the airline. Training department still shows no signs of being able to keep up with attrition.

Nope, assumption incorrect.

This is a recruitment tool, they don't need to recruit you.

Why don’t you just quit, then reapply and get hired at a higher pay rate plus all of the bonuses, if they’re offering to hire you back at your current seniority.

I thought about that little loophole …

Is Aviate still taking pilots out of seniority? I thought they reconfigured more towards a seniority based flow type model a couple of months back?

It's by seniority within the program and anyone who joined on the same day the tiebreaker is company seniority. The ZW folks are remaining in Aviate and the program rules are extremely explicit about what happens in these scenarios so I can only guess these conspiracy theories are motivated...

The only time seniority matters is if you have the same aviate date. That’s for all the OPT-IN people. Otherwise it’s your aviate acceptance date.
