A 170 is not a replacement for a 900. In fact it is a reduction of up to 9 seats. Assuming they are in a 70 seat config, 14 seats if it’s a 65 seat one.

Edit. Just checked it’s 66 seats being operated at 65 so it is a direct replacement for 700’s not 900’s.

I think it’s time many of us jumped ship. AA side is still a cluster. Upgrades are slow with no real signs of them speeding up. New Contract isn’t coming anytime soon.

Wasn’t very hard. Did it back in July, so I don’t recall every detail. Mostly HR with a short 10 question written (questions I’ve never seen), and a few questions on a Jepp airport diagram/info.

Yes we are at 40. We can just barely staff that on the FO side. Something is gonna go snap soon.
