Does anyone still have a copy of the bonus contract? I don’t think it’s readily available online

Check your personal email for your signed copy of the bonus contract. That’s where mine is.

Found mine. I’m on year 3, contract says can’t get the bonus until start of year 4 with no upgrade. Chances are I might make it to year 4 by the time all these scrub 5 and 6 year FOs finally upgrade.

So you’re on year 3? Meaning you’re at year 3 pay but you’ve been here for 2 years? Some of these FOs can’t or won’t upgrade as well. Just keep your standing bid up to date and every 6 months get new recommendation letters. I’m a early 2018 guy and I see pilots 40+ junior to me getting their numbers called for the erj side

Yes two years completed. Currently in year 3. This whole time there have been 53 or 54 numbers upgrading. It’s getting higher so I’m thinking a few more months and my number may be called. I might hunt you down for a recommendation if they expire, I’ve flown with you somewhat recently.

Send me an email on my company email so I know who you are, I’ll write one up!
