Did you use a interview prep service? How many hours do you have? Is it a formal or informal interview for the cadet program?

Congrats man. You won’t need an interview prep. Know how to answer STAR based interview questions. Basic pilot knowledge and you’ll be okay.

Do not spend money on interview prep to get a job at Mesa.

Never heard of Mesa "interviewing" so much as offering a class date if you are willing to take the phone call from them.

Literally the first link to click when you google your own question. Be a little bit more resourceful.

I was accepted to their cadet program. They were going to make me have an 8 hr layover to go PHX for a dog & pony show….when I asked for a better flight, their response was “Meh”
Hard Pass. If you care this little about cadets, I can’t even imagine how bad pilots are treated. Plus, I make more as a CFI than a 4 year CA.
1st year FOs at other regionals are making more than 10 year CAs. WTF?????
