Going through training here now and don’t have any real complaints. Nice people in HR and the training department. The pay is really nice and you’ll fly here (close to 90 hours a month) which ultimately gets you to wherever you’re end goal airline is. Some may say this is still the “honeymoon” stage but I have no complaints here and would definitely recommend Mesa if the bases work for you.

Don’t stress to much or look to far down the road of your training footprint otherwise you may feel overwhelmed. Prepare to be out here about 2 months with 5 days on/2 off.. Skywest is roughly 4 times the size of Mesa. (Arguably more stable). QOL varies but I can’t say one is better than the other. Mesa will build time faster. Can anyone share what the different medical plans for Mesa are? Surely there is a cheap HDHP w/ HSA or something? I'd just be looking for a disaster plan... I'll pay Dr. visits etc. out of pocket.
