What's the "flow"? Is it a guarantee no BS, no fine print contractual flow like AAWO, or aviate stuff where you have to meet certain criteria in the past 5 years and can drop you whenever they want for whatever they want?

Also 110k is a huge chunk of change. They should offer this incentive for qualified Mesa FO's on property first, before making it available to DEC's.

I don’t know flow details. As far as the money going to currently qualifying FOs - if it was money they would have gone to another 100K bonus airline already. Many have.

“Eligible to flow” means when your seniority number comes up, you can flow. After everyone else hired before you does. If the flow still exists. If United hasn’t changed dancing partners again. If any number of economic issues hasn’t come up.

IOW it’s all BS.
