I think you're right, insider info one way or the other. Just checked the court's website, no update. 1:00pmEST, $0.10, volume of 1.3M traded... yeah, I could probably be something more productive right now...

Volume does not equal sold.... Based on the price of stock not changing value very much and the market cap exactly what it was yesterday, I suspect it is half and half....

Guys if you have the money to buy then.. this will be the time to do so. Something seems to be working in favor of Mesa Air Group Inc. Delta might end up keeping you guys. Rumor mill is a deal is a deal..

The Pundits say that market places itself.......

efficient-market hypothesis (EMH) asserts that financial markets are "informationally efficient", or that prices on traded assets, e.g., stocks, bonds, or property, already reflect all known information. The efficient-market hypothesis states that it is impossible to consistently outperform the market by using any information that the market already knows, except through luck. Information or news in the EMH is defined as anything that may affect prices that is unknowable in the present and thus appears randomly in the future.

OR.......

I probably would have bought $10K worth already, but I just have this pathological mental roadblock about giving money to OJ.

But don't hold onto it for too long, I still think they are hosed in 2012 when airways gives them the boot.
I was completely kidding. You might have a better shot at Vegas or Tunica than with 12K in Mag stock

I'm not kidding, I'd say your odds are slightly better than 50/50.

I actually put some money into Mesa on this one; From reading over the notes on the case and the hearing before the 11th. Circuit, sounded like Mesa had the stronger case, I think the e-mails from Bates were interesting and seemed to contradict some of Delta's testimony. If I lose, it wasn't very much, no big deal...if I win, Mesa's stock recovers somewhere between $2-3/share, I just made some pretty good money. It's worth it, plus it saves me the travel expenses of having to go to Vegas. You can't call this thing a "Title Match" and not throw any money down on it now...

Default Another record setting day for Mesa

Mesa set another record today with its stock closing at $0.08 on a volume of $2.8 million shares. The average volume for Mesa’s stock is about 250,000 shares. The market cap as of the close of business today is $2.4 million. If you guys think Mesa is a good buy now, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

Haha, the day that Mesa goes to 2+ dollars will be the day that I become an Astronaut. Save your money on real companies. The guys that deal with the market for a living are giving Mesa a 1% shot at success.
