this is correct - but you have to remember Mesa has staffing anorexia and will always see itself as too fat. If they are not Jr. assigning, then we are overstaffed.

I claim being 21, extremely ignorant, and SJS as not smart enough to stay away. But hey, that was 4 yrs ago...use' em and lose' em right?..i realize now that doesnt really help the cause.
