When their contracts run out (legally). I doubt Delta or anyone for that matter will renew contracts when they already tried to get rid of them once already.

Well.... I don't think any of us knew that Delta "asked" Mesa to cancel a bunch of flights and then turned around and used it against their completion factor. That hurt Delta's case.... Should have just let Mesa skrew it up on their own, not like they need a helping hand.
