The hearing scheduled for today concerning the 20 Beechcraft 1900D Airliners was vacated.
From the United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of New York:
"Debtors Motion For Authorization Pursuant To Sections 105, 363, 554, and 1110 Of The Bankruptcy Code And Bankruptcy Rules 6003, 6004 and 6007 to (I) Abandon Certain Aircraft, Engines and Other Related Equipment, (II) Transfer Title to Certain Aircraft, Engines and other related Equipment, and (III) Satisfy the Surrender and Return Requirements Under the Bankruptcy Code filed by Maria a. Bove on behalf of Mesa Air Group, Inc..
VACATED: THIS MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED. HEARING WILL NOT TAKE PLACE.."
I wonder if this means some sort of settlement has been achieved with Raytheon?

Just because OJ claims 70M, does mean that is a realistic or legitimate number. Don't get too wrapped around the axle on that...the final number might be $0.
