I was at the LAS airport today and a couple of Mesa guys were talking about how Skywest had just bought Mesa on Friday or Thursday. Has anyone else heard this? I looked on the internet for info, but no luck. I thought that SKW was looking at their assets not the whole group.

Not only not happening but can't happen until at least October, since Mesa has the exclusive right to submit their own POR until then.

Why do you say that it probably wont happen? It seems like the consolidation is still in the works in this industry. I think it is better that Mesa still stand alone, but do they want to?

Nothing like a liver transplant with a donation from an alcoholic.

Gumm is taking the place of Dave Soaper, VP of Flt. Ops.

Isn't Freedom already gone on 9/1 since DAL won the case?
