Actually, the offspring of Reagan’s Star Wars initiative resides almost exclusively in the Army and Navy. The only part going to Space Force currently is the eyeballs of the system. All the ABMs are either army or Navy.

No one is going to mention the metaphorical elephant in the room? No space marines?

Or will they be squadrons/soldiers given the USAF heritage?

Whatever they are, they’ll be issued flight suits and leather jackets
