Tom has a shot at second Gun | The Sun |Showbiz|Film

Wow, wonder how they'll explain the 22 years of aging? Perhaps they can blame it on the water out there at Fallon.

With all the crap going on in the industry right now, this may be just the thing to inspire another generation of kids to want to grow up to be pilots.

Saw this on Red Eye and looked it up. They had me laughing, with a comment to the effect that with Tom Cruise's recent movie performances, it might be more appropriate to title the sequel "Bottom Gun."

Hmm. Top Gun defined pilots for many in my generation...I sort of wish the definition had been established by The High and the Mighty instead.

Not one but two and they would go for the easy but incorrect stereotypes.

Rosie and Anjolina

Is that the one with John Wayne? Terrible movie. Doesn't do the book justice, just like the movie version of Fate is the Hunter, which I heard somewhere that Gann actually had his name removed from the credits on.

It'll be like the Smokey and the Bandit (Part 4 or 5) that didn't have Bert.
