Units hiring?

Default Units hiring?

Anyone have gouge on any reserve or guard units needing prior service fixed wing pilots? Maybe for a former pointy nose, current airline guy whose open to anything.

If you're open to anything , you should try the Navy.

Actually, try: Baseops.net Flight Planning and Aviation Weather

then click on aviation jobs, near the top middle

Thanks for the info. Thats a start. Seems to me that most units don't have a need to advertise, mostly word of mouth.

I'm Navy reserve in the Philly area, flying Hercs. My squadron would definitely be interested in hiring you if you're planning on moving near here.

The VR world (Navy Reserve) is always looking for folks. West Coast Squadrons are in Whidbey Isl (C9s), Point Mugu (C130s) and North Island (C-40s) plus Hawaii (G-IVs). Once you're in a squadron it is easy to switch to the other coast within VR especially when you stay in the same A/C. C-40s squadrons are the most diffucult to get into but doable if you're junior (O-3). If you're looking for more info just PM me.

Heard the 193rd At Harrisburg (AFSOC ANG) is hiring. Ramping up for an additional mission.

I was under the impression Navy Reserve only wanted only prior military guys?
