Default Rotary Wing Fundamentals Course

Has anyone out there has taken the Introduction to Rotary Wing Fundamentals Course (IRWF)? I'm a C-130 driver and I'm thinking on transfering to an USAF Helo HH-60 squadron (Reserve or Guard). I found this info about the course on the internet:

"IRWF is used for those individuals that are already "winged". It is a course that is specifically designed to take a pilot and train them to fly helicopters and prepare them for follow-on training. This course lasts approximately 5 months and is similar to the basic course but on a faster pace. "

Any inputs (good or bad), please share! Thanks!
