Air Force C-9's
#2
I'm pretty sure there's a USAFR unit at Scott AFB. There may be one plane left at Andrews in the 89th as a backup VIP, but no so sure about that--haven't seen it for a long time. I haven't seen the plane at Ramstein in forever, so that one may be gone.

You can go to Google Earth and zoom in on the boneyard at DM. There you will see the fleet of Nightengales. So sad. It was a blast to fly. The old plan was to purchase 737-700s to replace them in 2012. They wanted a plane that could fly from Europe to the US. I think they should step on it as the C-17 is not an economical airframe to do evac on.
