Default Space A Travel for IRR

Anyone know if Space A travel is available to someone on Individual Ready Reserve Status? I'm stuck in Europe trying to non-rev home, looks like all flights are backed up for at least a week. Thought maybe Space A might have some seats available from Rammstein. I've never used Space A while on active duty. If any has any info about this it would be appreciated. Thanks!

Generally, the answer is no for IRR people. Space A is restricted to selres...that's why in order to utilize space-A a reservist has to get a form signed by his command (within 30 days IIRC) to show that he is actively drilling.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case. Trying to figure out every option possible right now.
