Just for a better idea of the process, it's not like they prescribe a bottle of 50 pills to last you a deployment - it's maybe 2 or 4 issued right before you step to fly and dependent on the duration of the sortie.
Well, that's all I was asking for was a clarification on when they can be administered. Like I said, wasn't trying to make a case on the incident, just the circumstances of WHEN they can be used.
