Most likely, he's just collecting money for telling kids things that any military pilot would tell them for free: Stay in school, get good grades, maintain health & fitness, don't break the law, etc.

"Head" Rush is his name. He was a Marine F/A-18 pilot and former MAWTS-1 Instructor in the '04-'05 timeframe (that's where I met him). He got off active duty around '07-'08. He started this "business" after he got out. He's a good dude but this borderlines douchebaggery...most of us in the community agree.
