Default Simple old age advice

Man they don,t give ya much time to write in here on these post,s
Anyway lets try it again.
Short version this time around.
When you guys go to get any kind of loan do they ask for your gross?
It schould be based on net and not gross income and that is a big part of why ppl get into trouble financially along with some other factors.
Rule of thumb is this --One weeks pay for housing and maybe one weeks pay for car within ones means and this is after 30-35 down payment on either of these items.
Keeping up with the Jonses only adds to ones problems and the Joneses will not help you if you get into trouble because they will also be in the pits.
Use NET and NOT GROSS on any loans that you will apply for in the future and it will help you big time.
If you have a no to any of these 2 then don,t do it .
1. Can I afford it ?
2.Do I really need It?

Don,t know how much time I have left so y,all fly safe and have a good week.
