To any NJA pilot who actually may see this post. If you have any concerns about the TA that was just released, make sure you post your concerns here and see if former pilots think its a good deal for you and your family. You are clearly not intelligent enough to make choices for your life.

I’m a somewhat junior FO and it’s tough to decipher the language or estimate the potential earnings, but after my calculations it looks liiike...yeah I’m getting fkd yet again. Mgmt has dangled the carrot in front of the overwhelming captain majority to likely gather just enough votes and extend the already absurd contract even further. What a joke

Please do not discuss the specifics of the language on here.

Junior FO's will actually get the biggest percentage increase.

That's the same joke they used to sell the last TA. Percentages always look bigger off smaller numbers...

In the '15 contract, jokers were using longevity steps to calculate raises that pilots were getting, and that was a travesty. Not the case here.

If you want to work you will see a big increase in pay and the 401K direct contribution is better than most majors from what I can see? $500 million in raises over 5 years for the pilots with a lot of incentives for the junior SIC guys. Also allowing all pilots to now enjoy the HBA Airport commute is huge for the new hires, will be able to go down the road and not have to drive 1 1/2 hours to commute.

That's something Captains say to convince the FOs their getting a good deal. I'm making up numbers for easier math and because I'm not a NetJets employee so I don't have access to the proposal, but please look at the following. Who is getting a bigger raise?

FO: Current Salary $80,000, 25% raise = $20k, New Salary $100,000
Captain: Current Salary $160,000, 15% raise = $24k raise, New Salary $184,000
